This policy explains how Roq Limited uses personal information you provide through the UK Data Trust & AI Readiness Benchmark.
Who is responsible for your information?
Roq Limited is the controller for the personal information collected through this benchmark. You can contact Roq about this policy or your information through your usual Roq contact, or through the contact details on the Roq website.
Information we collect
When you submit the benchmark, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, job title, assessment responses and marketing consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive website-usage information through HubSpot.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your tailored benchmark perspective, administer and improve the study, produce anonymised aggregate research, and, where you have consented, contact you about your results and relevant Roq services. We do not use your identifiable responses in published benchmark findings.
Our legal basis
We process your assessment submission to provide the requested benchmark response and manage the study. We rely on your consent for marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or by emailing yourdata@roq.co.uk.
Who receives your information?
Authorised Roq staff may access your submission. We use HubSpot for customer relationship management and analytics, and Microsoft Azure for hosting, message processing and email delivery.
International transfers and retention
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, Roq uses appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law. We retain identifiable benchmark submissions only for as long as needed to run the study, manage our relationship with you and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Aggregated, anonymised research may be kept longer.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise your rights, email yourdata@roq.co.uk and identify this benchmark in your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the study or applicable law changes. The latest version will always appear on this page.
